SS - 1/8" (3mm) Baltic Birch

Due to these being all wood ply sheets and thin, some degree of warping can be expected as that the nature of wood grain. We do however remove any sheet that we would not want to use ourselves.

1/8" (3mm) Baltic Birch
These sheets are perfect for the Glowforge.

B/BB grade which means a least one side is free of patches (footballs). This is the highest grade for Baltic Birch available. We lightly sand the edges if needed, to reduce splintering and splinters.

Starting points, please test and find the best settings for your machine.

CUT: 160 Speed/FULL Power
ENGRAVE: 1000 speed/ FULL power
SCORE: 200 speed/40 power(Darker) or 300/30 (little lighter)

If you have a bad sheet of material, please email us with a few photos attached and we will refund you for that sheet if deemed unacceptable.
