HOW QUICKLY DO YOU SHIP OUT THE ORDERS?

We pride ourselves on trying to get orders out as soon as possible. That means:

Orders placed after 12pm EST will NORMALLY ship next day.
Orders placed before 12pm EST will NORMALLY ship that day.
99% of our orders go within 24 hours
Very rarely will we take 48 hours to ship
Holidays are the exception and WILL affect these ship times.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We DON'T ship to PO Boxes anymore now that USPS has discontinued their FLAT RATE GAME BOX. If you MUST have it shipped to one, please message us before placing an order.

Shipping is INCLUDED in all of the prices unless stated differently.

If you live in the Metro-Detroit area and would like to pick-up, use the PROMO CODE: PICKUP to save on shipping. We are located in the 8 mile and Telegraph area (48219).

WHAT ARE THE DIMENSIONS OF YOUR GLOWFORGE MATERIAL?

All boards are cut to approximately 11.75" x 19". Some boards in the box may be slightly longer or (rarely) shorter, but the sized stated is the standard.

WHAT IS THE RETURN/REFUND POLICY?

Returns are accepted in the case that we send you materials that don't match the description of what you have ordered. All other returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

We will refund any order that hasn't shipped yet. However, all refunds are subject to a 3 - 6 % transaction fee.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

We accept credit cards, debit cards, Paypal, Afterpay, Apple pay, and Sezzle.

WHAT DOES G1S AND G2S MEAN IN THE PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS?

G1S = Good 1 side (one sided)

This material will have the listed material on the front(face). The back can vary in quality and material. From open knots to a different species of wood.

For example, I just added 1/4" hickory to my website. It's considered G1S. The front is a beautiful hickory. In this case, the back is red oak. Fortunately the Red Oak side is really good looking as well, almost perfect.

G2S = Good 2 sides (double sided)

This means that both sides will be good appearance and also the same species ex. Walnut both sides. The Front(face) is the better side however, you have the choice of looking at both sides and deciding which you'd like to use due to the characteristics of the side.
