Cut, Score, & Engrave Starting settings

These are starting points for cutting. Although the machines should be the same, different settings work differently for different machines.

It is best to create custom settings for your material. We will in some cases provide custom settings that have worked well with our machine.

The general starting point for ENGRAVING is: 1000 speed/FULL power

The general starting point for SCORING is: 300 speed/ 40 power

Other Tips

Use Hold Down pins even when you don't think it needs it.

Be sure that you are incorporating material cost into your Pricing.
