Returns are accepted in the case that we send you materials that don't match the description of what you have ordered. All other returns will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

If you have a bad sheet of material, please email us with a few photos attached and we will refund you for that sheet if deemed unacceptable.

We will refund any order that hasn't shipped yet. However, all refunds are subject to a 3-6% transaction fee.
